Shipping policy

Sold and shipped from our US warehouse. Funny Squishy sells and ships orders from its US warehouse. In-stock orders are normally ready to ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch.
Delivery estimates
- United States Standard: usually 4–8 business days after processing. Standard shipping is free on orders over $45 USD.
- United States Express: usually 2–4 business days after processing when available at checkout.
- International: usually 7–20 business days after processing. Any duties, taxes, or import charges required by the destination country remain the customer's responsibility.
The estimated delivery window for an order is based on the selected service and begins after processing. The final estimated delivery date is the last day of that window.
On-time delivery promise: $5 back
If carrier tracking confirms that your order was delivered after its final estimated delivery date, email support@funnysquishy.com with your order number. We will refund $5 USD to the original payment method. This promise applies once per eligible late order.
Tracking and delivery support
Please check your shipping address before placing the order. If tracking stalls, the parcel appears lost, or the carrier marks it delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us at support@funnysquishy.com and we will help investigate.
Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items
Contact us promptly with your order number and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund—whichever you prefer. You will not pay return shipping for these claims.
