Delivery estimates

Worldwide delivery is estimated at 8–14 business days from the order date, including normal processing time. Weekends and public holidays are not business days. Customs inspections, weather, and carrier disruptions can add time.

Shipping: 1 item $9.92 · 2 items $7.71 each · 3+ items $3.30 each. Free Shipping: Orders of $110.31+ (after discounts).

Shipping methods

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse with YunExpress international tracked shipping. YunExpress carries the parcel on the international leg and hands it to a local carrier in the destination country for final delivery, so the last-mile carrier differs by market.

• International line-haul: YunExpress tracked economy service.
• United States final delivery: GOFO Express or a comparable local carrier.
• Europe final delivery: the national postal operator or GLS, depending on destination.
• Other markets: the destination country's national postal operator.
• Every order ships with a tracking number. We do not offer an untracked shipping option.

Tracking your parcel

We email a tracking number after dispatch. Tracking can take a short time to show its first carrier scan. You can also use our order tracking page with your order number and checkout email.

International orders

VAT, customs duties, and import handling fees are included in your order total. No extra charges upon delivery for all items. Customs processing may extend delivery time.

Address changes and delivery problems

Contact support immediately if an address is wrong. We can make changes only before packing. For a parcel marked delivered but not received, check the delivery location and contact the carrier before asking us to investigate.
