Orders and payment

Products and safe use

Product colors and appearance can vary slightly by screen and by production batch. Squishies are intended as hand-held squeeze and fidget toys for ages 3 and up; they are not suitable for children under 3. They are not food and not chew toys. Stop using an item if it becomes damaged.

Returns, warranties, and availability

Returns and replacements are governed by our Returns & Refunds policy. Stock, product details, promotions, and availability may change without notice.

Accounts and intellectual property

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. The funny squishy name, site design, photographs, copy, graphics, and other original material may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Liability and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, funny squishy is not responsible for indirect losses or events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here.
