How long will it take to get my order?
Worldwide delivery takes 8–14 business days from the order date, including normal processing time. Tracking is included.
Do you ship internationally?
Free standard shipping on orders of $49 or more after discounts. Shipping: 1 item $6.99 · 2 items $4.99 each · 3+ items $2.99 each.
Where can I find my tracking number?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can also enter your order number and checkout email on the Track Your Order page.
Can I change my delivery address?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We can update it only before the parcel is packed.

What if it tears?
If your item arrives damaged or develops a normal-use defect within 30 days of delivery, send support a clear photo and your order number.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my squishy?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Opened blind boxes are not returnable unless defective. For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping and the original shipping fee is not refunded. See the refund policy.

When will my refund arrive?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears on your statement.

Both formats exist. Standard listings let you pick the design; blind bags and mystery boxes are random on purpose, because the surprise is the point. Each product page states which format it is.

No. A large share of squishy buyers are adults — office workers, students and collectors — and the designs read as quirky desk decor rather than as a children's toy.
Gifts, price & trust
Do you offer gift wrap, cards or gift receipts?
Orders ship without any price paperwork, so a squishy can go straight to the person receiving it. For a card message or special packing, leave a note at checkout or contact us right after ordering.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items get a free replacement or a full refund. Send a photo and your order number to [email protected] and we will sort it out.
