How long will it take to get my order?
Orders process in 1–2 business days. US delivery usually takes 5–8 business days; international delivery takes 5–16 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer tracked international shipping, with the final rate calculated at checkout.
Where can I find my tracking number?
We email your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our workshop. You can also enter your order number and checkout email on the Track Your Order page.
Can I change my delivery address?
Email support@funnysquishy.com as soon as possible with your order number and corrected address. We can update it only before the parcel is packed.
Your squishy
Is it safe for kids?
Our squishies are made for kids ages 3 and up as well as adults. They are not suitable for children under 3. They are squeeze toys, not chew toys or food, and young children should use them with adult supervision.
How do I clean my squishy?
Slow-rising foam absorbs water, so keep your squishy away from water and never soak it. Spot clean gently with a barely damp cloth, then let it air-dry completely away from direct heat and sunlight.
Why does the rise speed change?
Temperature and repeated squeezing can change how quickly a slow-rise squishy returns to shape. Let it rest at room temperature and it should return to its usual rhythm.
What if it tears?
Normal-use tears reported within 180 days are covered by our replacement warranty. Send support a clear photo and your order number.
Returns & refunds
Can I return my squishy?
Yes. Every order is covered by our 30-Day Squishfaction Guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
How do I start a return?
Sign in to your account and open the relevant order, or email support@funnysquishy.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
When will my refund arrive?
We issue approved refunds to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider controls when the credit appears on your statement.
