Got questions?
What exactly is a slow-rising squishy?
It's a soft foam toy that sinks under your fingers and then slowly rises back into shape. The dense, marshmallow-like give is what makes squishing one so satisfying — and why one squish always turns into ten.
Are your squishies safe for kids?
Our squishies are toys recommended for ages 3+. They look delicious but are not real food — keep them away from mouths and pets. Each product page lists the material details for that squishy.
How fast do orders ship?
Worldwide delivery takes 8–14 business days from the order date, including normal processing time. Shipping is $6.99 for one item, $4.99 per item for two, and $2.99 per item for three or more. Orders of $40 or more (after discounts) also include a free mystery mini squishy. Tracking is included.
What if my squishy arrives damaged or I just don't love it?
Every order is covered by our 30-Day Squishfaction Guarantee. If you're not completely happy, contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
What is Squishy+ and is it worth it?
Squishy+ is our VIP membership: $19.99/month gets you 10% off every order plus 2 free shipping orders each month. You can cancel anytime from your account.
How do I keep my squishy in good shape?
Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth and let it air dry. Avoid soaking it in water, sharp objects, and long stretches of direct sunlight, and your squishy will keep its slow rise for a long time.
