A toast squishy is a slow-rising foam loaf shaped like a slice or a block of toast, usually with a face. We stock four, and they are not interchangeable: two are single loaves with characters, one is a plain two-tone block, and one is a jumbo loaf for two hands. This page lists exactly what each listing contains so you can pick without guessing.
The four toast squishies we sell
| Squishy | Pieces | Shape | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toast bear squishy | 1 | soft bread loaf with a bear face | desk, gift |
| Toast bunny squishy, 2 pack | 2 | loaf with bunny ears | pairs, party favours |
| Two-tone toast block | 1 | plain block, crust and crumb colours | quiet fidgeting |
| Jumbo toast loaf | 1 | oversized loaf | two-handed squeeze, shelf |
Sizes and weights are on each product page; we do not repeat them here so the page never disagrees with the listing.
How toast squishy foam behaves
All four are slow-rising polyurethane foam: press, release, and the loaf fills back out over a few seconds instead of snapping back. The plain block feels denser than the character loaves because it has no sculpted face to thin the walls. The jumbo loaf is the slowest of the four to rise simply because there is more foam to refill.
Toast squishy or bread squishy?
Toast squishies are a subset of our bread squishy collection: the toast ones are rectangular with a visible crust line, while buns, baguettes and rolls are rounded. If you want the classic “slice with a face”, start with the bear; if you want something that reads as a loaf on a shelf, the jumbo.
Keeping a toast squishy clean
Wipe with a damp cloth, let it dry fully before squeezing again, and keep it out of direct sun, which yellows the pale crumb colour first. Do not wash it under the tap; wet foam stays soft for hours and tears at the ears.
FAQ
Is a toast squishy scented? Only if the product page says so. None of the four toast listings above is sold as scented.
Can kids use them? They are squeeze toys, not chew toys. Ears and small sculpted parts can tear off if bitten, so keep them away from children who put toys in their mouths.
Do you have paper toast templates? Yes, the paper squishy templates page has a printable toast sheet for making a paper version at home.
